  • Consumer Agreement

  1. Customer understands that Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers is a dye to order business. Fibers are hand dyed for each order. Processing time is estimated 30 working days with an exception of back order. This time frame does not include weekends, holidays or USPS delivery time Sale orders may take up to 8 weeks depending on the volume of orders.

  2. There will be variation in different batches due to nature of hand dyed products. We always try to make our dyes consistent and well represented the colors. Having said that, as a nature of hand dyeing, our products are not guaranteed colorfast and each batch of dyeing could come out differently. Aida and Evenweave fabrics only dye up to 50% of linen and produce minimal to non mottles. Each fabric type and count will produce different results. Dye mix produced by our supplier is varied by batch therefore you might see some changes in colors in each dye batch after a certain amount of time. As a result, our final order might not look exactly the same as picture or different from your previous purchase. By purchasing the products, you have agreed to acknowledge this possible outcome.

  3. Products of Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers are for personal use only. You may not use our products in forming kits or making other offers and financially benefiting from selling on our products without asking our permission.

  4. Monthly Clubs require a minimum subscription of 3 months. By purchasing the club, you have agreed to this requirement. 

  5. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

  6. Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  7. Customers agree that if you refuse to receive your items upon arrival due to your failure to pay custom duties or any other reasons that is not related to us, your order will be not refunded.

  8. Customers are responsible for their choice of shipping service. We highly recommend customers to choose Priority Shipping at check out to make sure your package is insured. First Class Mail DOES NOT come with insurance. Once it leaves our hands, its's out of our responsibility. By choosing the option of First class mail and not buying insurance, you are fully responsible for all risks incurred and waived your rights to claim refund or replacement of lost or damaged items.


  • Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shipping time does not include processing time. It's up to USPS to determine how fast/slow they can deliver. We do not take responsibility for this matter.

  • International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 


Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


Shipping cost includes actual postal cost, packaging and handling fee. We reserve the rights to set the shipping cost accordingly and combine orders where we see fit. Shipping cost is non refundable at all time.


  • Return, Cancellation and Exchange Policy

We will replace your order or offer Credit at if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong items or any other mistake on our part.


For any other reason that you would like to return our products, please feel free to contact us via Contact Us page on this website to discuss. Pictures as proof and order number are strongly recommended. We do not accept any return of custom order, clay art accessories, hand painted fabrics or differences in dye batches, monitor variations or due to your choice of fabric type and count.


All eligible return items must be sent within 10 days of purchase, unopened, unused, no odor and pet fur attached in order to process the refund. All returns must be approved via email before mailing. Returns must be sent via USPS with tracking and a proper receipt must be presented. We do not accept any returns via UPS, Fedex, DHL or other private couriers. We do not accept any return beyond 10 days time line. Due to nature of copyrights, no refund will be made for digital products.


Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. Unless item is damaged or defective, on all returns, buyer is responsible for purchasing return shipping label, as well as coordinating return shipping logistics with the carrier.

All sale or discounted items are final sale.

We do not offer exchange or accept any cancellation at this moment.
