Consumer Agreement

1. Made-to-Order Products: Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers is a made-to-order business. Processing time for orders is approximately 30 working days, excluding weekends, holidays, and courier's delivery time. During sales or peak periods, processing may extend up to 8 weeks if not more.

2. Product Variations: Due to the hand-dyeing process, slight variations in color, shade, and mottling are normal. Different fabric types (e.g., Aida, Evenweave, Linen) and counts absorb dye differently due to their unique fiber compositions. Variations may also occur due to differences in dye batches. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these potential differences.

3. Non-Commercial Use: Products are for personal use only and may not be included in kits or resold without prior written consent.

4. Monthly Clubs: Monthly club subscriptions require a minimum of three months. By purchasing, you agree to this commitment.

5. Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, even after you receive an order confirmation or shipping notice.

6. Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date account and payment information.

7. Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees. Refusal to pay these fees or accept the shipment will not result in a refund.

8. Shipping Insurance: First-Class Mail does not include insurance. By selecting this option, you assume all risks for lost or damaged items and waive your right to refunds or replacements. Priority Shipping includes insurance and is strongly recommended.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Responsibility: Once a package is handed to the carrier, Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages during transit. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

2. Domestic Shipping: We ship to all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery timelines are determined by USPS and vary depending on the service selected.

3. International Shipping: Customs and import duties may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers is not liable for delays, additional fees, or confiscations due to local customs regulations.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees include postage, packaging, and handling. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

1. Order Errors: If we make an error, we will replace the incorrect item(s) or issue a store credit upon return of the product.

2. Returns: Eligible returns must meet the following criteria:

   • Initiated within 10 days of receipt.

   • Unused, unopened, free of odors, and pet fur.

   • Approved via email before mailing.

   • Sent via USPS with a tracking number.

   Non-Eligible Returns: Custom orders, hand-painted fabrics, sale/discounted items, and digital products are non-refundable. Differences in dye batches or monitor variations are not valid reasons for return.

3. Shipping Fees: Refunds will exclude original shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Final Sale Items: All sale or discounted items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Cancellations and Exchanges: We do not accept cancellations or offer exchanges at this time.

Legal Protections

1. Limitation of Liability: Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

2. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain interruptions.

3. Intellectual Property: All content, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers and may not be reproduced without permission.
