Welcome to Fiberlicious! It is our pleasure to find you here!
Due to Covid 19 related restrictions and exceptional shortage in supplies across the U.S and around the world, all delivery and services may experience unavoidable service delays.
- We temporarily do not accept orders from the UK due to the current suspension of Royal Mails to international mail acceptance.
-28 count Lugana, 32 count Opalescent Lugana ARE CURRENTLY ON BACKORDERdue to supplier backlog with unknown arrival date from distributors. 36 count Edinburgh Linen and 40 count Newcastle Linen are low in stock. Additional waiting time is needed with no firm estimate for these backordered fabrics, please order at your own discretion.
Before placing order, please note that different fabrics dye differently. Aida & evenweave fabrics dye about 52% lighter and more subtle than linen with very little to none mottles. Linen, which is used as model pictures, tends to dye darker and more mottled. Kindly have this information in mind before purchasing your fabric. In addition, different monitor might shows colors variation. For various reasons including chemical reactions, no two hand dyed fabrics will ever look exactly the same. We are made to order business and as a result, our standard turn around is approximate 30 working days (this is an estimate, not guarantee; excludes delivery time, back-order fabrics, sale periods, holidays and vacation break). SALE ORDERS take up to 8 weeks or more. We highly recommend using Priority Shipping to have your package insured. Uninsured packages are not eligible for refund or replacement in case of lost or damaged. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions at check out or drop us a message, we will be happy to help.
We are working as hard as we can but please keep in mind that there are many factors involved that we cannot control. Please also beware that we only can go to Post Office on either Monday or Friday. USPS transit times are a lot longer than normal due to apparent circumstances and their workloads. We do not have access to USPS databases or power over their delivery speed, please contact your local post offices for further assistance if delays occur. USPS has informed us that due to this high volume, they are not able to provide regular tracking updates and expected delivery date as they normally would on all packages. However, USPS has reassured us that even if no delivery date is shown, the package is still on the way. We wanted to thank all of our customers, from the bottom of our hearts, for your kind understanding, patience and continued support during this difficult time. It means the world to us!
